The 3-Hour Fire rating (with UL) and 1.5 Hour Fire Rating (with UL) ensures safety and peace of mind. Available in multiple finishes, including US3 Polished Brass and US26 Polished Chrome.

These plates are great and the lowest cost I could find. All are installed as the house had this type of latch plate. Would recommend.
