We offer free standard shipping delivery to all 48 states in the US. which typically takes 5 business days, though please note that due to current high demand, delivery times may vary.

Please note, that slight delays may occur during these period due to weather, airport closures national emergencies, or holidays.

ENOPOLY PRIME RETAIL does not ship to Canada or other countries outside the US at this time.

Enopoly Prime Retail extends a 7-day, upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, Enopoly Prime Retail will refund your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a credit or refund.

Reminders: Shipping cost for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Enopoly Prime Retail only replace items if they are defective or damaged with proof.
