I had to go buy 3" screws (10-32) to make my kwikset deadbolt work on a 2 1/8" thick door. The little extension piece was not necessary and was the wrong size on both ends.

Cheaply made, and this doesn't really help you extend the knob much more than it would actually reach itself.
